Kim is an award-winning creative Executive Producer in TV and video, a digital marketing strategist, social media and video expert, an on-camera media coach with a proven track record and 500 million video views. She blends 15 years of journalism with content marketing at top-tier outlets including Us Weekly, where she launched and ran their video unit, Netflix, PopSugar, PEOPLE Magazine, and Fox News. She’s worked with brands such as Bloomingdale’s, Olay, Walgreens, Kia, Owl’s Brew and It Gets Better, where her award-winning partnership has earned 6 awards and her has been incorporated into educational content within the Los Angeles school district. She has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Business Insider and is a frequent speaker - most recently at the Fast Company Innovation Festival, PodFest Expo, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Convention and The Women’s Real Estate Investment Summit.
Kim is Founder & Principal at Henry Street Media which helps companies, individuals and publishers of all sizes expand their brand and maximize revenue through unforgettable content and communications. At the peak of her corporate media career, when Kim found herself scrolling on her iPhone working during childbirth, she realized she needed to redefine success–and launched her own business focusing on helping businesses grow through video and podcasts. At Netflix within Creative Marketing, Kim oversaw strategy, ideation and creative direction of original digital video and photo content ranging from 1-minute to 15-minutes for series including Stranger Things (Emmy winner), Orange is the New Black (Emmy winner), Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj (Peabody winner), Living With Yourself starring Paul Rudd and My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman. Working alongside the world’s top creative talent and showrunners, Kim’s creative content merged data, the latest social media trends and custom creative to create compelling editorially-minded content tailored for each distribution channel - social (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), digital, print publishers and broadcast TV. At Meredith Corporation, Kim produced their IAB Podcast Upfront 2020, as well as PEOPLE Magazine’s IAB 2020 NewFronts live-stream and leads Creative Development for new Programming and Strategy at PEOPLE.
As Head of Video / Executive Producer of Us Weekly, Kim created its first-ever digital video unit. Overseeing the creative, strategy, programming and production for all digital video content - both branded and editorial - Kim grew Us Weekly Video views 40x in less than 2 years through innovative, shareable content distributed through a multi-platform approach on social media, Us Weekly's website and syndication partners. Kim supervised a team of 18, hundreds of monthly videos and constructed a live video facility and all the programming for Facebook Live, producing 300 hours and 700 live videos over a year. Kim also created Us Weekly franchise video series like "Out of This World with Coco Austin," “Teach Us,” "What's in My Bag," "25 Things," and "Inside My Kitchen."
Kim has always been a creative and a businessperson - she grew her art-based k ritt jewelry line ‘side hustle’ into a critically acclaimed accessories company sold at Bloomingdale’s and Henri Bendel, featured in Women’s Wear Daily, who they described as “one of four young designers we love” , Accessories Magazine, E!, Her original designed jewelry has been worn by and worn by Heidi Klum, Zosia Mamet and Kristen Chenoweth
Kim has been a speaker, and instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Syracuse, and General Assembly and graduated with honors from UPenn’s Annenberg School of Communications.

Kim has a career’s worth of experience telling stories across both hard news and lifestyle. Kim was a producer and writer of the live daily news program On the Record with Greta Van Susteren for 5 years, was a Supervising Producer for Inside Edition and wrote and produced The Fabulous Life of Justin Bieber. Kim also trained in improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City and brings a versatility and sharpness to her on-air hosting roles which have included: for Us Weekly’s live shows including The Bachelor Panel, Us Weekly News, and parenting content, and her on-air reporting for FiOS1 News.
