Don't Start A Video By Introducing Yourself

Did you start your video with “Hi, My name is _____”???

You just sank your engagement and reach by 90%.

When you’re filming a video DO NOT SAY YOUR NAME AT FIRST. The first 1 - 3 second of every video must be your ‘hook’. Start with something that makes someone want to continue watching. Is your name that fascinating? Didn’t think so. Instead, use a graphic to say your name or title, or say it out loud later in the video.
