Hey there, ambitious marketers! Welcome to another quick yet impactful lesson from the Exit Interview podcast. I'm Kim Rittberg, and today I’m sharing essential multitasking tips that can transform the way you approach your marketing strategy—all while folding my children's laundry!

Stats I’ve seen: 65%  likelihood of success to complete your goal if you commit to someone you’ll do it.  95% likelihood you’ll complete the goal if you have an accountability partner with an appointment!

Accountability is the cornerstone of effective social media marketing, ensuring that strategies are not only executed but also evaluated for impact. In a fast-paced digital landscape, being accountable means setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and adjusting tactics based on data. It’s about owning the results—whether they’re wins or lessons—and fostering trust with your audience by delivering consistent, authentic content.

Without accountability, your social media risks becoming scattershot, losing focus, and failing to engage. By following through on your goals and promises you’ll gain credibility with your ideal clients. Accountability is not just a best practice but a competitive advantage.

I have seen students in my Video Boot camp Group follow through on their goals of showing up on camera with confidence and actually putting out content that brings in leads. This is because not only are they learning but they are committed to me. They have an appointment with me with specific assignments and expectations!

I have them write down their goals and follow up with them each week to make sure they're doing it. That is why I have seen more than 100 people come through my video boot camp and they are gaining leads and clients. I recently had a client tell me that she landed her third client just this year. So it's about the skill set and the execution. Accountability is a crucial part of that.
