Tracy Matthews is an inspiring jewelry designer turned business coach who has mastered the art of reinvention. We talked about how reinvention doesn’t always mean starting from scratch, but can also be a transformation within your existing career, passion, or calling. Tracy's journey in scaling businesses to five, six, and seven figures serves as a testament to her expertise in helping individuals align their passion with profitable business ventures. Her insights on identifying the signs that it's time for a pivot, like feeling exhausted and uninspired, truly resonated with our audience, highlighting that reinvention is about finding alignment with your creative gifts and venturing into new seasons of life with boldness and purpose.

What made this episode particularly special was our discussion about the importance of accountability and support in the reinvention process. Tracy emphasized that having someone to help steer your vision and provide concrete action steps is invaluable. This support helps tackle the common roadblocks of fear and indecision that often keep ideas locked away in a journal instead of being transformed into reality. The episode wasn't just about theory; Tracy shared details about her upcoming Reinvention Brainstorm Workshop, an interactive experience aimed at guiding participants through finding their creative alignment and mapping out actionable steps for their next big move. By sharing her personal reinvention journey and her dedicated program, Tracy empowers others to not just dream but actively pursue a life that truly lights them up.

(01:42):

So I wanted to share this really incredible chat that I had with Tracy Matthews, who is a business coach, a coach, a former, very successful jewelry designer, and she has helped people scale their businesses to five figures, six figures, seven figures and beyond. And Tracy Matthews, Sabina Hitchen, who you've heard in the show before, she is the founder of Press for Success. So she is basically your PR fairy godmother. She helps you get press. Sabina, Tracy and I had a really great Instagram live, so I wanted to share that with you so you could hear what we were talking about. Basically the importance of reinvention, how to know when you're ready to reinvent yourself, how to reclaim your passion, and what do you do from there. So it was just a really great chat and as I mentioned in the tease to the show, Tracy and I, we met through other female entrepreneurs and all of a sudden I was moving apartments and I opened up this old magazine that I had been featured in.

(02:31):

It was Women's Wear Daily, and I see all of a sudden Tracy Matthews saw her jewelry line featured right next to my own jewelry line and I was like, this is crazy. What a weird coincidence. Someone I've met literally 15 years after, I didn't even know her at the time. So when I had my jewelry business in the late aughts, early 2010s, I had a jewelry business, I had trunk shows at Bloomingdale's and Henry Bendell and she had had a very successful jewelry, bigger than mine. She scaled it way, way, way more than I did, and mine was a side hustle and it was just such a crazy coincidence. Anyway, I love hearing from Tracy. She's so knowledgeable and she has so much to say. So here is Tracy Matthews, Sabina Hitchen and I in an Instagram live, and then you're going to hear a little bit more about the art of Reinvention, the program doing. Tracy, I'm so excited about all that you're doing. It's very near and dear to the things that I believe in and I know that you're so effective. So I want to jump in and start asking you a little bit, let's get your background and then I jump in to the transformation reinvention and profits.

Tracy (03:37):

Yeah. Okay. So the cool thing, Kim and I were both in a women's Wear Daily magazine ages ago with our jewelry at the same time, and years and years later, Kim's like, oh my God, I opened up this press thing and I saw your jewelry in there. So I'm Tracy Matthews. My background, I started my career in the jewelry industry launching a very successful jewelry brand, and then that pivoted to a fine jewelry custom jewelry brand, which eventually pivoted into a mentoring company. And I'm in another pivot right now, which I'm pivoting into a broader audience and we're going to talk a lot about those. But primarily my main mission and goal for the last 13 years has been to support women because I've been in this so many times and some men too in their process of aligning what success looks like to them, being in a pivot, reinventing themselves and really building profitable businesses that are aligned with their creative gifts.

Kim (04:33):

And sorry, Sabina, now I'm taking over because I'm leaving early. Okay.

Sabina (04:37):

Because Kim doesn't have a lot of time with us, so we're going to have you dive into what you were going to ask first and we'll talk everything else. Of course,

Kim (04:43):

I would love, so I'm obviously super passionate about reinvention. I have a podcast called The Exit Interview. I love hearing people's stories, how they pivoted from one thing to another. I'm very passionate about that. I would love to know for you, I know you're helping people reinvent, transform and sort of step into this new stage of their life. Talk to me about what is reinvention? Sometimes people think, I left this thing and I'm switching into this. Is it sometimes a shift within your already doing? What does reinvention mean for the people who help? Well,

Tracy (05:12):

It's a broad sweeping term that I identify as someone who is shifting from one thing to the next thing. But it could definitely be, let's say you have a successful product business and you wanted to become a coach and do that in addition to that, or let's say that you had spent your career being a financial analyst and then you wanted to go and consult with people to help them with their financial analysis or something like that. So sometimes it's not necessarily like you dropping and going like, oh, I was a lawyer and now I'm going to be a potter. Maybe pottery, it can be that, but it also can be something more subtle. I think the big challenge people have when they're kind of in their season of reinvention and they're wanting to do something more, they're wanting to expand beyond what they've been known for. What they've currently done is, number one, it feels really safe to kind of stay in the thing that you've been doing for a long time. And there's a lot of unknowns in this reinvention season. So what ends up happening is they delay the process instead of just jumping right in. When if you have some guidance and support and someone who actually knows how to move you through that season of reinvention, you could actually make your pivot quite quickly.

Sabina (06:30):

Can I ask you, we have some people, and I love the comments from Nicole who feels like she's been living the pivot, she loves your comment season of reinvention. What are some of those signs? And again, I pivoted from high school teacher to pr, massive pivot, but then sometimes you do go from Kim's great at video and she's also teaching a video production class or video storytelling class, so sometimes it makes a little more sense. What are some signs when you're like, it might be reinvention season, it might be time for some kind of shift.

Tracy (07:00):

Yeah, well, Sabina, can I use an example from you?

Sabina (07:05):

Yeah.

Tracy (07:06):

Sabina and I have been friends and collaborators for a very long time, and I'm like, Sabina, you need to come to this workshop. She was delaying it, delaying it, and she had just had her baby and things were crazy. She shows up and she's like, oh my God, my dog's dying. It was like an awful time for her true story.

Sabina (07:23):

There was a lot to unpack at that workshop.

Tracy (07:26):

She was really stuck because she was spending a lot of her time doing one-on-one work with clients, and it wasn't really profitable for her in the long run because she was, I'm not a mom with a newborn, but I just have seen my friends who have had newborn children. It is a lot, and especially when you have to continue working and trying to figure this out. And so I really supported you in basically just thinking a little bit differently about how you could generate revenue. And from what I recall, you were able to literally increase into multiple six figures very quickly from what you were doing.

Sabina (07:59):

It was wild. We talk in Kim, first of all, yeah, let's be transparent. And Kim and I talked a lot about that stuff too, how we get from where I was to where, because I didn't want to be a PR service provider, a PR agency, I was a new mom, but I was doing so much one-on-one work and a lot of you now know I do one to many, and Tracy was the one who consistently was like, what are you doing?

Tracy (08:22):

I still see so much for you. Let me get my function. I

Sabina (08:25):

Had a see beyond. We were at this thing and I was like, I'm doing all of this. And she's like, but what about looking at it like all of this? And what's cool to point out there is you can reinvent and pivot and still do what you love at the core of it, but it can look and feel different in ways that lit me up in ways that if you're impressed with success, I'm obsessed with helping people do pr, but it's different than how I used to do it, which is very much so different. You were asking, I want to pivot to what you were going to say, because it's all about that passion and turning into profits. It doesn't have to feel like a huge leap, right? It

Tracy (09:01):

Doesn't. But I think the biggest sign that you need a reinvention is number one, you're exhausted by what you're doing and you're running yourself ragged. Number two, you don't feel inspired by the work that you're doing. You're doing number three, it's affecting other areas of your life in particular, your relationships, your bank account, your friendships. I know for me, when I'm kind of at a pivot point, I hide, I'm a very extroverted person and so I know that something's wrong if I don't reach out to my friends and I don't step into relationships and I'm not making plans, there's something wrong. And I realized that when I moved to Arizona, I was actually in that phase for a couple of years until Jason sat me down one day and he said to me, are you having enough affair? And if anyone knows my backstory with Jason, I manifested this guy, he shows up at my apartment. It's like the dream relationship, all the things. I moved to New York City during, I moved to Arizona from New York City during Covid, we have this love affair fantasy relationship that's amazing. And I was sober, burned out in such a bad spot that he literally thought I was cheating on him. And I'm like, no. And he is like, if you're not cheating on me, you're cheating on me with your business.

(10:16):

And because the signs are, it's affecting other areas of your life.

(10:22):

And I think a lot of times we feel a lot of shame that we aren't satisfied with what we're doing anymore because there's this feeling of I should just be happy with what I had. And for some context, I built a multi seven figure business. I should be happy with that. I should be happy with the community, but I needed a new creative challenge. This will be my ongoing path for me. I'm always going to be reinventing and upgrading other signs is that you hit a massive rock bottom, which I did in 2008. We can talk about that. I know Kim has to jump off in a minute, but I wanted to make sure Kim didn't have anything else you wanted to ask. Before we do

Kim (10:57):

That, I want to make sure that people who are hearing this on my feed know, I understand you have a workshop coming up. Yes. Can you just share on that? Because all of this speaks to me. I think we are all here, we believe in the importance of this for me working during childbirth and I'm like, this is not the life story I planned. And the truth is we all maybe have ideas floating in our head or maybe we don't put some things off, but it takes a person to support you and have ideas and someone who actually knows what they're doing to help you. I love that you've built businesses, you've reinvented yourself, you've helped other people reinvent, and so I think that's why I'm so excited to hear from you. So can you just tell me about the workshop? You Sure.

Tracy (11:34):

So I'm hosting a reinvention brainstorm workshop. It is not a masterclass, it's not a regular webinar or anything like that. Actually, we're going to drop in and do a real live reinvention activation. I have a special guest coming on. Her name is Chantel Adams and she's going to be channeling people's reinvention stories. It's going to be so fricking cool and live attendees will get an opportunity to get your story channel. She charges $1,500 for these sessions and if you show up live, you'll get it free. We're going to help you really drop in and understand the why you're craving something more. We're going to help you drop into your vision and then we're going to help you walk away with some action steps that you can take to start moving forward towards your reinvention. Also, at the end of it, I'll be fully transparent, I'm going to be sharing a little bit more about my art and reinvention program.

(12:21):

If you can't make it live to the class and you're interested to hear more about that, feel free to reach out to me. I'm happy to share that with you. That program is a 12 week mastermind style program where you get to work with me and my team to basically quantum leap your reinvention. So you're not dragging this out for two, three years. You're going to be like by the end of it, getting it done and ready to go. And I'm so excited about it. Sabina is going to be dropping in and teaching a session in that to talk about how to craft your reinvention story for media and so much more. And Kim, I'm sure I'm going to have you come in and drop in and do a little training too. So it's going to be amazing about video.

Kim (12:56):

Before I log off, I want to say I just gave a keynote on fear. And I think what I loved hearing from you, Tracy, is not only have you done it for yourself, you have the credibility, you have the expertise, but the truth is a lot of us are holding ourselves back because of fear in very different ways for each person. I said on the stage last week, if you have a to-do list with things that have not gotten done and they've been on your to-do list for a year, two years, three years, you need someone with expertise and an accountability partner. And so that's what I love about this is I have fun fending to you like this is great. You are amazing, but you need someone to funnel that into a concrete cohesive thing with action steps. And so I feel like this is very perfectly timed. I just spoke about fear. So I love that you are their partner, what to do, and there's concrete action steps because so many people have a journal full of ideas and that's all it is. It's a journal on their

Tracy (13:44):

Desk. And I want to just share one thing. My why for my entire career for starting businesses and living my dream is because when I was 22 years old or right before my 22nd birthday, I got a phone call. I picked up the phone, or actually my friend picked up the phone, we were on our way to our fraternity formal and he turned gray. And I'm like, what? And he's like, it's the hospital. And I'm like, what are you talking about? And they're like, your mom's gone. And I had seen her 30 minutes before. She was about to launch into starting her own business. She had just met the man of her dreams. They were engaged like getting married. She finally started living her dreams at the age of 45. And tomorrow is not guaranteed. And I want to say that to people because we just don't know. And not to get morbid here, but no one ever sits on their death bed saying like, oh, I wish I would've worked harder in something that I'm not passionate about. What they remember are the things that they did, the passions they followed, the no regrets. I did it all. I did the bucket list. I had the relationships. I tried the thing that I was scared to do. That's what this is all about. Thank you, Kim, for being here. I'm going to tell every video about I'm a shadow

Sabina (14:54):

From the rooftop. Thank you. Bye Kim. I was going to say, now that it's the two of us and everyone gets to see this, I wanted to also just, and I asked you, I DMed Tracy before this to ask her if I could ask this out loud. I didn't want to be in her business, but you did. I think that people have this misbelief that business is always the same. Choose entrepreneurship you are choosing whatever business you started with because that's entrepreneurship. But really just like any career, entrepreneurship can take different shapes and forms and it has really low points. It's really high points. And so can I ask you, just so people can hear it from you as well, you had some pretty rock bottom moments with your jewelry business and also with your life. Can you walk us through a couple and then talk about how you went from those moments and started moving into a transformation?

Tracy (15:46):

So you're talking about my big rock bottom, the one you want to tell me to tell that today. Perfect.

Sabina (15:50):

Or whatever you want to share.

Tracy (15:52):

So in the nineties, I was one of the first independent designers on the scene or the early days. I mean now there you practically throw a rock and hit a jewelry designer, but back then there weren't that many because Etsy wasn't around and the internet wasn't really around. I found out that I had this talent and I started a business in the late nineties and I was so passionate about it. I did all the things that I had dreamed of. I got into the best stores. My jewelry was sold in over 350 stores around the world. I had celebrity clients. In fact, Shirley's Theron wore them to the UN one year. Orlando Bloom, Halle Berry, Michelle Williams were all customers of mine, meaning they bought my jewelry. Revlon commissioned me for a commemorative piece for Halle Berry for 20 years because they knew that she loved my jewelry, got all the press, all the things.

(16:36):

But I was doing this business for so long and I loved it for so many years. And then there was a season, I remember this right after I landed a gig with QVC that I was starting to get really burned out. And then at that time, I didn't really listen to that. I was like, I should just keep pushing because this is what you're supposed to do. And then the universe decided for me, 2008 happened in September. The market crashed. My business was literally wiped out practically overnight because the bankruptcy notices started flooding in from all these stores that I would sell to you. They had my inventory. They weren't paying for me, paying me. The accounts that did have outstanding orders were canceling left. So I had a bunch of inventory on hand, no money getting paid, left with this really tough decision and me being completely burned out, what do I do?

(17:25):

I had to make this hard decision, which was the best thing that I ever did. And I remember sitting there with my mentor Phil at the time, he's like this old curmudgeony guy who kind of looked like Santa Claus without the beard speaking in religious parables. It was fascinating time. And I remember these tears streaming down my face. He's like, what do you love doing? And I was like, I couldn't even answer him. I literally had lost myself in this business. And so he's like, we're going to meet next week. I want you to come back, calm down and think about this. And I came back and I was clear at that moment the things that I loved doing were not the things I was doing in my business. And I had to get back to reclaiming my creativity and what I really enjoyed. Because when you're in alignment with your creative gifts and your talents and the things that you actually enjoy doing, your creative zone of genius, that's where the money and the profitability and all of the abundance starts to come in.

(18:22):

And at different points, sometimes we do something for a while and it has a season, and that's fine. But you have to just recognize when it's time to make that pivot. Because if you don't, I mean, who knows if I would've had to file for bankruptcy and all that stuff if the market hadn't crashed, I don't know. But it did force me to take a look. And I've been in other seasons when I have not paid attention to that. And the repercussions are very strong. It affects your relationships, it affects your health. I've lost so much hair over this and had so much spike cortisol and lost so much weight over being stressed out over a business. It's not worth it if people are like, oh, losing weight's great. I'm not really, if you're inflation,

Sabina (19:03):

If you're that unhappy, people will be like, girl, get out the place. It's like being with a narcissistic boyfriend or girlfriend. Why did you do that again and again? But I feel like as business owners we can feel trapped. And another thing I want to say is even though we're talking about rock bottom, when Tracy found me, we've known each other, but when Tracy was like, girl, you need to come and let's sit down and rethink this. I wasn't at the rock bottom when I was like, I think I have to file. It was more

Tracy (19:31):

Like, oh no, it wasn't even that bad. You just

Sabina (19:33):

Stretch. And I think that's even the hardest. I was treading water in a place that didn't feel great. I loved, loved private clients, but I was in this in-between of I want to be there, but I'm over here. And I'm like, how am I supposed to get there? And if you're in your own silo, you don't see around, you're like, what I didn't do, and when I say Tracy, we sat down and we literally went paper notes and thoughts and organizations like Kim says, it's not like transform girl, get it, manifest it. It's like how do we actually strategically get there?

Tracy (20:10):

Well, I think the big challenge too is when you're so close to something, my gift, this is my big gift, my gift is being able to take a look at someone and see all the potential ways that they can monetize and offer. And most people can only see this much.

(20:27):

And to me it's very clear I can do it for myself, but I also need a coach. We need outside eyes on our stuff. That's a big, it's hard when we're so close to something we can't see all the other possibilities. And really that's my gift and that's the thing that I'm really excited about for my Art of Reinvention program and also this reinvention brainstorm workshop is to help support people and helping them see a bigger vision than what they can see for themselves. Because whether or not you actually manifest your complete vision, even if you just got halfway there and you got closer to that goal, closer to something bigger, that's where the power and the impact and the real world results that you have on the people that you serve happen. Because whether you want to serve a small audience and keep it short and sweet or you want to impact millions, all of this is really important to really think outside of what you think is possible.

(21:24):

And I want to just share this really quickly because stays with you by the way. You don't lose that. One of the women who joined my program having an early bird right now, one of the women who joined my program, and she's been in my jewelry community forever, and I just jumped on a call with her. I'm hosting these reinvention activations and she's like, Tracy, you don't know this about me. I've been a jewelry designer, but I also have this corporate thing and I'm a community builder in these communities and I know that this job that I have is not going to last forever, but I want to take this to corporate. And she's like, I just dunno how to do it and I want you to help me do that. And I'm like, oh girl, but we're going to do this and this and this. And she's like, yes. And that's where the beauty is, right, is being able to see way beyond what you're seeing. So it's like her impact is in her local community and she's wanting to help people in underserved communities and stuff like that really expand beyond where they go. And she has this whole thing called Vote, but it's not really about voting. It's about voicing having a voice and showing up.

Sabina (22:27):

You're able to take her ideas and be like, because that's why I feel, even though I was like, I love not, I love your rock bottom story, but I in the sense that Tracy's not just like I haven't been there. I feel like it's important to learn from people who've been like, I've been across the board with my business. I know what it's like to hit that. Otherwise you're like, you don't get it. But I think the hardest is like you're saying, when people are like, I want to go somewhere else. This is where I want to be. This is where I'm vibing and my ideas, but I don't know what that's going to look like. I don't know how to put that together. I knew I always wanted to work in supporting entrepreneurs get press, but I wasn't. And I know you're right. We can always get bigger and bigger our vision and you can't do that alone. Exactly. The biggest transformations I think beyond the strategic, when you and I became closer and closer and I got an inside peak as I grew as a business to how other elevated businesses run, they all have support. They all have coaches. None of them are doing it alone. And that's how they're able to think differently and bigger and expand and have someone say, this is what you should do. And also you can totally do it. It's not impossible. I've seen it done. This is what you shouldn't do. This is what you should do.

Tracy (23:37):

It's amazing what can happen when someone else has insight that you don't have because you can't see it for yourself.

Sabina (23:43):

What do you think some of the first steps are when we want to start doing that? But to me, even what I was going to say as well as you have to be in a community and have a leader when you want to pivot and reinvent or transform in any way big or small, you don't do that on your own or that's what would you say to somebody?

Tracy (24:02):

Well, I mean certainly people could do it on their own, but the thing that I've noticed is it just takes fricking forever because you second guess yourself and you're always putting out fires. And I've heard literally talked to hundreds of people in the last year who are like, I am so bored with what I'm doing and I don't know what to pivot into right now. And part of the reason why I want to host this program, and I'm hosting this brainstorm session next week primarily is because I know what happens when you drag it out over a long period of time. I got really bad advice a couple years ago, and I love the person who said this to me, my friend, but he said to me, he's like, Tracy, you have a really good business. You're doing multiple seven figures. Keep it going. Make it more profitable. Keep doing what you're doing, don't change. And I was like, okay, I guess I will. But the way that I was doing it was not serving me and I wasn't able to fully express. And guess what? This last year I've been on purpose descaling, my Flourish and Thrive Academy company so that I can restructure it so that it's serving me again.

(25:06):

And there was a huge financial impact to that. And if had I had dealt with this thing two years ago, I wanted to, then my story would've been very different and more will be coming out about all of that later. But the thing that I find really fascinating about this, and part of that was I was getting into this launch cycle that was burning me out so bad and burning my team out so bad and I just couldn't do it anymore. So I had to figure out a different way. And at that time, there was no one actually doing this work. And so I'm like, I'm just going to develop it myself because I've reinvented my businesses five times already, so I'm going to do it again this time I'm committing to it, I'm focusing on it and I'm going for it. So I think your question was like, don't you need someone to do this?

(25:52):

I mean, I'd be lying like, no, you don't need someone to help you necessarily. You could do it on your own, but the real question is will you do it? I'm a fast mover. I like getting things done quickly. And so anything that I can invest in that helps me move quicker, I invested in a $10,000 mastermind, like a three month mastermind last year just because I needed the accountability. It's not that I needed necessarily, I didn't personally necessarily need the content in that because much of it is stuff I already knew, but the accountability to move myself forward, and that's the brilliance about how I'm structuring my program and also this workshop I'm doing next week, it is going to be baked in accountability. You're handing in your stuff, so I'm going to give you feedback on it

Sabina (26:36):

And

Tracy (26:37):

We're moving you forward along the process so you don't get stuck.

Sabina (26:41):

I just love the idea of having someone there who can see, because I benefit from your seeing things differently, your experience and also the way you just don't let people play. I will tap dance around doing something and Tracy is just like the way you don't let someone do that, it doesn't benefit anyone, right? The way you're like, no, or put it on paper or show me

Tracy (27:05):

Gift. I have so much coaching for you all the time to be. You mean I'm like, you need to get support. Let's

Sabina (27:09):

Try to do everything. The person was like, can't wear every hat in your business or you were the first person, even when Press for Success was one class and you were like, you can't just be one class forever. And we grew into a community and your community is what inspired my community. So it's like when I say I trust Tracy with my life and my business, I do because you literally have held my hand through my business, but I just really appreciate people who know it, but also won't just sugarcoat and say things to make you feel better or be like, you're right. Just keep doing that same thing over and over again that it's not helping you. Exactly. Okay, so first of all, I feel like my favorite thing, which we're going to have to share later when you post this as Nicole saying, you're taking me to church right now,

Tracy (27:53):

It's

Sabina (27:54):

Like, yes, I be hitting home. I have a feeling you will be connecting.

(27:58):

And this feels so right because people like Nicole and me, it's not like we don't know how we want to serve, but we might not always, I didn't know how that was going to show up. And Nicole, I feel like this is very much in this new iteration of your life, and so I want to reiterate, transformation can be a big pivot that you need to, or it can be like, I still want to work on my skillset, but I want to do it differently. And what I love the most, Tracy, is you're like you were making multiple seven figures. You can be making a lot of money. And that's not the answer always because I was like, it's

Tracy (28:28):

Not

Sabina (28:29):

So burnt out and I wasn't joyful and I am, you all know a joyful, happy person, person when it's hard to be that person that your business needs a little bit of a shift. So wait, how can my friends and everybody get up on this? Awesome. How can we do it?

Tracy (28:45):

If you are in Kim or Sabina community, if you're watching now, Kim already popped off, but DM me the word next and we will send you a link to the reinvention season workshop or you can just send me a message or reach out to Sabina or Kim and they can connect us either way. I know that Nicole, who was on here earlier, she's already signed up for the class, I think because she filled out an activation form, so I already texted her this morning. And the cool part about this is the reinvention brainstorm workshop is happening next week. We're doing a live session. I highly recommend that you join live. You can upgrade it to the live reporting to keep it forever if you'd like to, but this is really an interactive experience, so come live. That's going to be the most and more important part of it.

(29:28):

On that call, on that workshop, we're going to be really digging deep into getting back into creative alignment, casting a vision, creating the steps for what's next for you. And two live attendees, as I mentioned, are going to get an opportunity to get selected by Chantel who is going to be teaching in my program as well. She does channeling reinvention stories. She just did it for me yesterday. You guys tears streaming. It's going to be on my podcast next week, streaming down my face. It is such a powerful exercise. So please come live. DM me the word next. And if you would like to learn more about my program, the Art of Reinvention, it is starting the first week of April DM me and I'm happy to share more information.

Sabina (30:09):

Oh my gosh, I feel like I want to do a part two of this again with you later. Let do it next week. Okay? Yes. I have so many more things I want to talk to you about. I just love how you're so honest and real for the good of all people. Tracy and I adore you so highly recommend Sabina's stamp of approval, and I'll listen this again in part two.

Tracy (30:27):

Thanks everyone for joining. Bye everyone. Bye.

Kim (30:31):

And if you'd like to know more about Tracy's program, the Art of Reinvention, here she is with a little more explanation and details on how you can join her.

Tracy (30:38):

Other people look at what you've created and are amazed by you, but you keep asking yourself, is this all there is? You're being called to something more, something bigger, and you know that you are meant for something bigger, but you struggle to define or articulate what that actually looks like. You want to make a bigger impact and your industry, but you don't know the first step. You have valuable expertise, but you aren't sure how to package it into a high impact profitable offers. You're successful in your world, but you feel bored, uninspired, or have outgrown your existing business model or career and pivoting. Maybe it feels like a chore. You know you're ready for your expansion, except you don't have a clear roadmap to figure out what's next. So instead of moving forward, you revert to what you already know. The good news is that can end right now.

(31:27):

Hey there. I'm Tracy Matthews, a business and career reinvention strategist. I've helped more than 9,000 different small business owners, coaches and creatives reinvent their careers and launch profitable thriving businesses. And I'd love to invite you to connect with me and join the Art of Reinvention program. This 12 week mastermind for women in a career or business pivot will help you clarify your next big move package your genius, and create aligned profitable offers that build authority and position you as a leader in just 12 weeks. The art of reinvention blends, energetic alignment, brand strategy, and high level execution. So you don't just dream about what's next, you actually create it. By the end of the program, you're going to feel so supported because you've been held accountable to move your idea forward and you'll leave with a fully developed reinvention, roadmap, and launch plan. You might be wondering how this transformation will impact you. After helping thousands of women across multiple different industries, I know that when you have the right accountability and the right support, amazing things happen.

(32:29):

For instance, to help the PR strategist go from time consuming one-on-one work to scale her company to a one to many model, within just a few sessions working me, I showed her the possibility of how to structure her offer in a specific way and get the right support so that her business could actually scale. This, grew her sales to multiple six figures in just a year, and also gave her her time back so that she could spend time with her young daughter. I helped a photographer brand a position her packages to incorporate her desire to add a coaching element to her brand, which might seem like an unusual pivot, but it worked so well that she sold out of her offer in just a few weeks. And then for all you corporate warriors out there, one of my reinvention clients left her corporate career and wanted to have a business in her retirement, like something that was fun and creative. Well, being an ambitious woman as she is, she ended up scaling her company to over a million dollars in revenue with just two people working in it. She is a powerhouse in her retirement. Amazing. So regardless of what it is that you want to create, I am here to support you on your journey of reinvention. So if you're feeling the call for more and you're ready for your next chapter, check out The Art of Reinvention by heading on over to tracymatthews.com/artofreinvention. Thanks so much and I hope to see you there.
